AI Food Terms of Service
Welcome to AI Food. Please read these Terms carefully. By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to all terms below.
1. Acceptance and Changes
(a) These Terms constitute a legal agreement between you and the operator of AI Food; (b) We may update these Terms; continued use after updates means acceptance; (c) If you do not agree, please stop using the App and uninstall it.
2. Service Description
(a) AI Food provides meal logging, calorie/macronutrient estimates, body-metric records, and AI photo recognition; (b) Nutrition data is for reference only and is not medical, dietary, or professional advice; (c) We may adjust, suspend, or discontinue features as needed for product improvement or compliance.
3. User Conduct
You agree not to: (a) use the App for unlawful purposes or upload unlawful content; (b) reverse engineer, crack, or circumvent paid features; (c) interfere with the App's normal operation or others' use; (d) misuse AI features to process content that violates law or third-party rights.
4. Membership and Subscriptions
(a) Premium features require an active paid subscription; (b) Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled before the end of the current billing period (see in-app subscription terms at purchase); (c) You may use "Manage subscription" or "Restore purchases" in the App where available; (d) Fees paid are generally non-refundable except as required by applicable law. Subscriptions are processed through Google Play and subject to Google Play terms.
5. AI Disclaimer
(a) Recognition accuracy depends on photo quality, food type, and AI providers; (b) We do not guarantee exact calorie or nutrition values; (c) You are responsible for decisions based on App output.
6. Intellectual Property
The App, its UI, branding, and content (except your user-generated logs) are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy or redistribute them without permission.
7. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
(a) The App is provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law; (b) We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the App; (c) Nothing in these Terms limits rights you cannot waive under mandatory law.
